My daughter did the same thing. I cut out all dairy and it made it better. She ended up being put on meds for acid reflux also. She never spit up. It would come up and go straight back down. But it would burn their throat really bad. I also only nursed for about 4 minutes on each side several times a day. Hope this helps.

He's hungry about every 15-20 minutes he acts like my milk gives him gas and hurts his belly, plus he just screams while and latches and spits it back out every few seconds @dkembro13

I would tell you pediatrician (if you haven't already) sounds a lot like reflux. As soon as I cut dairy out and she got put on the reflux meds she was 100% better. Once she started solids around 5 months we were able to take her off the meds and I was able to add dairy back to my diet and she has been great since. She's almost 3 now.
