can some of you explain to me your experience with induction? I'm getting induced tomorrow at 8am !
mine was quite painful but wasnt too bad since they gave me oxygen to help me breathe cause i wanted to hold my breath instead of scream 😂
my son came on his own water broke at home was a fast easy can't even remember the pain for real no meds ....my daughter was induced I was begging for the meds because it just hits you fast but its not bad its really ur pain tolerance
Ok. Here we go. Aja was due on August 12th. I had my parents drive up from Arkansas to Virginia so they wouldn't miss the birth. I told my Dr and she said if she wasn't here by the 11th we'd induce on the 12th. We went in at 5 p.m the 11th she was here 11:29 the next morning. I didn't get an epidural until 7 cm. I pushed 3 times and she was here. The hardest part was the contractions coming fast and hard...though I had nothing to compare it to, I knew it was not like normal childbirth. You'll be ok. Don't worry love. If I can survive, you can.
Being induced is not that bad in my opinion. I was induced with my son and yes it is more intense because you go from zero to 100 super fast (at least I did) buuuut it's quicker. I had my son within 5 hours of having the pitocin. I would recommend getting the epidural, it didn't work for me, but I def wish it did lol good luck!!!
I was induced with my son and it is crazy cus you go from no paid to tons of pain like immediately!!! My son didn't react to well to it and his heart beat dropped really fast and it was crazy in my room!!! They inserted a monitor vaginally to get a better reading and stopped the pitocin. But the few drops that went in my body was enough for me to have regular contractions but they were not strong enough so they started me again and then the pain was supper strong again and I had him 3 hrs later!!!
