I have a really long story and wanna know if this happend to u or what this might mean.

so I have a normal 30/31 day cycle.i should of ovulated on the 7/8th my last period was march 24 th. so I took ovulation tests starting April 5th for 10 days they were all negative I took a pregnancy test April 12th was positive. april 22nd I had a blood test come negative. now I am 7 days late for a period and the store tests are showing negative what could be happening. ?
