4:37 am 😩 my back is killing me!! like killing me it hurts so bad 😭😭 I took 1000 mg of Tylenol & I have a heating pad and hubby was massaging it but he fell back asleep lol
does anyone else have any tips? these aren't helping:(

You could try doing some back stretches. Unfortunately there is no other medicine you can take for pain relief. 😿

Try taking a bath maybe? I had back aches too (they're starting to come back) and I would take a little back and afterwards if it still hurt I would take Tylenol and lay on a heat pad. Nothing more that you can do though :/

a couple days ago I woke up in horrible back pain and just laid in the shower while hot water ran down my back. I stayed there til the water got cold. somehow I managed to go back to sleep. hope you feel better
