have you tried pumping and also make sure the latch is always good, if if hurts, take ur breast out and relatch

mine where like that too it fucking sucked keep applying the cream as often as needed, stuff really helps, it'll get better!!!!

it honestly just takes time. after the first 2 weeks if this is still going on it could be how the baby is latching. incorrect latch can cause and prolong this

I did nipple cream then hot cloths before breastfeeding and ice packs after breastfeeding. It helped immensely and now at 3 weeks they no longer hurt ever.

Try feeding with a nipple shield. My son has latching issues and it helped us a TON. And the cream. My lactation consultant also told me to get air to your breast as much as possible. She said if you can walk around your house topless then defiantly do it.

At the hospital they gave me these nipple pads sort of but they were like a gel, rubber and they stuck right to my boobs and when they were cold it helped realize a lot of pain while my daughter had thrush and gave it to my nipples while she breast fed!
