I couldn't breast fed none of my kids my milk supply was so low because I was so depressed about my kids being in the nicu

I made my supply go up and I'm doing it again This week just to help her out @premiee_mom

How did you get your milk supply to go up if you don't mind me asking? I make enough just would like to make more to pump so I can get back to work!

I power pump, drink lactantion smoothies, used to take fenugreek and eat things that help milk supply go up @flawlessmami91

I used to take fenugreek for my second born when she was a baby but I really didn't see a difference. I'm gonna look up lactation smoothies and try the fenugreek again thank you!

yeah, lots of people sell it. it sells for $2 an ounce.I have a freezer full and she wasn't making enough so I gave her some of mine @ashley_abby20

It's illegal to sell breast milk in California. I've donated a ton of the milk I pumped while my baby was in the nicu though. That's awesome you did that though momma.
