so today was not a good day. my allergies where really acting up, making my eyes, throat and nose really dry and infant take my allergy medicine, it says if breastfeeding consult with your doctor and i was suffering and then my body was so achy and in pain like I got hit by a car and my stomach was killing me. well I took a warm shower and I'm feeling a little better
