just depends. in Oklahoma they have to be rear facing until they are 2

a lot of the car seats after the carrier are also ment to be rear facing and forward facing. So if you have a convertible car seat put it in rear facing until je can go for ward facing. Also the car seats usually have weight limits for that kind of stuff with them

hes just a big boy lol hes 7 months and 30 in 22 lbs! he looks so uncomfortable in his carrier
