Yes it's the first time he also makes like weezing sounds like he is trying to breathe when sleeping

I would call his doctor and tell them what's going on with him just to be safe

Baby's do that a lot believe it or not. My son is 1 and he does it more when he gets really excited or if he's crying really bad. I wouldn't really worry unless he stops on a frequent basis and it takes him a while to start again.
