I'm new here. My name is Jazmin. I was on the depo provera shot for about a year. its now been almost 2 years since I've been off the shot!! I've been trying for awhile now & nothing sadly. I've gone to the doctors and he says its my weight. I'm 271.6 ... but I'm still trying what should I do

Honestly it would really really help you if you lost weight and had a healthy diet, and drank lots of water. That may be why you are not conceiving. Have you been tracking your cycles and your ovulation? You can test using OPKs or you can track your basal body temperature, cervical mucus and cervical position. We used preseed lubricant after ttc for a year and it worked for us the first month we used it.

well that's just the thing I don't get menstruals like that either! the doctor had told me it was bcuz of the shot I guess. and i recently have been trying to eat better n excersize more @ashsloan

Your weight can play a big part of getting your period and regulating your cycles, and it's probably stalling your ovulation too. Just try walking a little each day and drinking water.

They might help, there is also a pill called conceive easy and it helps a lot of women. Prenatal pills can also help. Good luck
