Someone please help me understand what's going on with my body! I keep getting these period like cramps but not as strong? is that a sign of early pregnancy?

at first I though that was what it was but they weren't as strong and mine come and go as well along with back aches

I ovulated on the 24th so I'm 5dpo but we done the dirty on 19th 20th 21st 22nd 24th and 25th so no shortage of swimmers. I've just felt different but I miscarried twins in 2014 and it kinda scares me to think that there's a little one inside me again!
