It's really hard especially after losing a much wanted pregnancy. I was full term and went to do a quick check on my dilation at the pregnancy clinic before heading to a specialist hospital (she needed observation after delivery) and when they put the monitors on me they couldn't find her heartbeat. Very unexpected. I was all by myself as well.

I lost twins December 5 2014 been trying since, having a really hard time with it. but hopes are always up
