Could be milk spots and yeah newborns get rashes :) because of their delicate skin :) I didn't put anything on my daughter for 6 weeks. I used cotton wool and water for nappy changes and just water to bathe her :) i then used some organic stuff for the bath. I still use cotton wool and water and my girl is 3 months old and never had nappy rash x

What did they say it was? looks similar if it's red blotchy and tiny spots? I hope they feel better soon !!! I just wish I knew for sure .... The only thing I can think off is I used talc after his bath yesterday for the first time and then woke up to a rash @kendricksmommy xx
