Sometimes there's nothing you can do except love on them! my newborn was fussy and crying all the time for a few days and nothing was wrong, all we could do was hold and love him

I asked && she said no! so how will my baby be calm. Tylenol hasn't done anything bad to him. It helps so much. && the Gatorade is helping the Phlegm calm down . I know I shouldn't give him it, without the doc. knowing, but doctors are always wrong. They tell you what they want you to do, not what it really is! @kparis

sounds like colic. I went through this from 2 weeks to 10 weeks with my daughter. .. felt like it lasted years omg. she would cry at LEAST 45 minutes a day for no reason, same time every day too. the worst was at about 7 weeks (peak crying is 6-8 weeks) and she cried for 5 HOURS.... I'm actually pretty put off from having another until I forget about colic in about 5 years 😂 it's not forever though, it's just their body adjusting to the world... I would swaddle her real tight and give some gripe water and SOMETIMES it helped, but there's nothing you can really do but hold them tight so they know you're there and let the colic run its course.

good luck! I'd be careful giving all the pedialyte, gatorade and Tylenol, most of those things can make a baby deathly I'll if given before 3 months... especially cause gatorade is sugar and salt and Tylenol is hard on the immature liver

I agree with @kattastrophe be careful giving him that stuff. It could make his tummy hurt then he will continue to cry. Try gripe water, boiling salt water to help his congestion if you don't have a humidifier and just hold him. If you need a break, lay him down and walk outside. It won't hurt him to cry a few mins and they sense if you are frustrated which makes them even more upset 😞 hope he feels better soon!

Thank You, my mother in law just asked a doctor, what can we give him, && she said to stop giving him all that, && to just stick to Formula milk. && if he continues to feel worse, to just take him to the clinic, && they will check his lungs. @ella1007
