It's very rhythmic just like when you get hiccups.

I never thought about it like farts but I know that hiccups are very consistent like a clock ticking. And they go on for a little while. My guy gets them a lot and sometimes they go on for 10 min or more

it feels like a constant rhythmic kicking just like when you get the hiccups. I laugh every time bc it feels funny
