Keep hearing about this primrose oil pills to start taking at 37 weeks to help induce labor and thin out your cervix! Someone said they used it and it prevented them from tearing.

the pills are gel tablets so it will dissolve on its own just use them at night before you go to bed you can use 1-2 tablets just make sure you wear a panty liner also
