I had sharp lower back pain with my first for a couple days before I went to the hospital then found out I was on labor. call your doctor and see if you can get an appointment just to be safe

, yes, I called my doc. He said it was false labor... He told me to walk around the house n take a bath. If the pain went away; witch it did that it was false labor.
