All I hear is good reviews about St Vincent obgyn I'm Jacksonville Florida bit my experience has been far from it. I seriously believe the office does not

Enjoy their job.

1. Got stuck three times and bruised for blood drawn after taking glucose test. Was told they got enough for that test but would need to go to labcorp for rest

Of test.

2. Get to labcorp and the obgyn office forgot

To remove the glucose test so I had to retake it.

3. They lost my medicinal release paper work so I had to redo it.

4. Was scheduled for my appointment while nurse

Was on phone so... My appointment card said 3pm but she put into the computer 2:15 messing up my schedule

5. Updates the online system with my

Test results but doesn't call me and tell me I have a prescription or an infection.

6. Never explained to me that they will not be doing my anatomy scan but it would be done by my high risk Doctor.

7. Heck for that matter never explain to me anything

Unless I ask

8. Forgot to tell me to keep a blood pressure log but still asked for it

9.forgot to have me do a urine collection base test until I reminded them at 23.5 weeks

10. Scheduled a glucose test for 4:30 which would not have been possible and never would have caught it unless I called about my care summary

11. Scheduled me another ekg because they didn't look at records to see I already had one

12. Calls again about an ekg on May 25 (3 weeks after first call) because no one made note in file
