This happens to me except I sleep on my side and end up on my back and it's so uncomfortable when I get up. Hope I'm not hurting the baby either.

you aren't hurting the baby , just making yourself uncomfortable. the baby has a lot of padding around them

she will let you know if its not comfortable for her , I never got one but I heard pregnancy pillows work wonders to stop moving around

I still sleep on my stomach at 20 weeks. I can't help it. I tried the snoogle but I can't get comfy with it. I know the other night she was kicking when I was laying on my stomach so I wasn't sure if that was hey mom, stop it! Or I just could feel her move lol
