Depends on what test your taking, clear blue you can test up to 5 days before your period is due, and first response says that you can test up to 6 days before your period is due. Your HCG doubles everyday, so the longer you leave it the clearer the test should get. When I tested I was 4 days late and got a very clear positive with, the first response and the cheap test and then got a clear blue digital at probably 7 days late and it said negative. I would test on the day after your period is due, if it doesn't come 😄

so 2 weeks after period is due?? um since the start of this year. had a miscarriage the start of march. was only 5 weeks along then though.
