I thought heartburn/acid reflux has finally left the building because I haven't had any symptoms of it in a couple weeks at least and here I am 4 days until the baby comes and the heartburn came back with vengeance 👿. WTF it woke me out of my damn sleep and everything. 👎🏼

Heartburn help

Before I got pregnant, I took Tylenol PMs at night for heartburn so I didn't stay up all night. But now I can't take it, my mom said not to. My OB is closed so I can't call and ask but I'm not going to chance it. What helps with heartburn?

babybump_user You can still take Tylenol pm. Benadryl is safe as well.

What do you guys do for heartburns? Any home remedies? Because I get awful heartburns! 😩

missing199user I dont take my tums everyday only when my heartburn flares up..Try the milk it works @malaakandsuna
momosharlene A cold glass of milk is the only thing I could get to work for mine. @malaakandsuna
ahredfox A tablespoon of vinegar works for me 😊
