you need more snacks. high calorie ones. I only get nauseous if I don't eat and if I still don't eat I have dry heaves 😟.

That's the thing little snacks dong stay down for me I have to eat solid food or it won't stay down like my child realizes when it's getting half fed @yanelmarie

Lol no but I eat like chocolate chip cereal bars sometimes im just so greedy I always buy whole meals 😂 I say my child is greedy now because im always hungry I eat then 30 mins later im hungry again like Jesus child does the hunger ever die down 😂 @yanelmarie

no it won't ever die down 😂😂 this p3 packs saved me. all the food close to my hair salon makes me sick now, even the smell. Then this baby is tired of all things delivery 😂😂
