Last doctors appointment in the morning. Can't wait to see if I've dilated further. As of Tuesday I was dilated to 4 cm and 90% effaced.

Had my cervix checked (at hospital) on Sunday 1cm dilated.... go today my doc says I’m not dilated at all . Ummmmmmmmm 🤷🏾‍♀️

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

Contraction questions

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
