Saw a girl on Facebook get a tattoo and she is pregnant. Isn't that like not good to get tattooed…

I'm surprised the shop even touched her! she must not have looked pregnant or didn't tell them. that's very dangerous

it poses a risk of getting an infection, so most tattoo shops won't tattoo you if you're pregnant. the infection could get into the blood, which can travel to baby

She got it done on vacation or something and probably didn't tell them. It scares me for that poor baby. I think she is ending her first trimester which is the most fragile time @shanttc @stasjafawn @ginnalynn

if she's so early they probably didn't notice. but she had to sign a waiver stating she wasn't preggo soooooo she obviously didn't tell them. that's a shame. I hope she makes better decisions in her pregnancy.

if she signed a paper saying that she wasn't pregnant during the time of the tattoo and something does happen to her or her child, the tattoo shop is not held responsible at all. and her insurance may not cover any type of treatment because she knows she's pregnant and still put herself at that risk
