Has any of you mommies had a small belly during pregnancy but had a big baby (8lbs or more)? 🤔🤔 I heard the size of your stomach don't determine the size of the baby, but every girl I saw that had a small stomach had a small baby (6lbs or less). I just need to know for sure that that's not true from somebody who was actually small and had a big baby! I want a chunky baby but Im carrying small 😩
@shakira05, I was huge with my first. She weight 7 lbs 3 oz. My second one I barely looked pregnant and he was 7 lbs 9 oz.
Thank you girly @preciouslove and yea its just a mother's instinct to worry, but everything will be okay with you and your baby girl!
I think u look good for 28 weeks I worry too I'm really small and I'm 27 and a half weeks already:( the Dr said she's on the small side but she's growing well if she doesn't get bigger they will induce because she will grow better being out:(
right I'm the same way lol. they're so fragile so you want them to have a lil extra meat @shakira05
I knowwww 😩😩 I just want him to be a good size like 8lbs coming out, I dont want a too small baby I need him to have some meat lol @jclark18
@tuesday011, yea the last time I went to the doctors I was like 24 weeks and he was weighing 1lb 10oz so hopefully when I'm 32 weeks and go back to the doctors he be like 4/5 lbs
I'm carrying small as well but just cause you're carrying small don't mean they won't get chunky in the long run. I have this same issue. I always wonder is my baby gonna be big enough 😖
yes boys are normally bigger , im having a boy now and im 30weeks and hes 4pounds already
Okay yea that's a good size for girls, boys are normally a little bigger then girls so I may get my chunky baby @megbaby07 @tuesday011
I was huge with my big girl n she was only 6lbs my girlfriend was small n her son was 9lbs 8oz so it's a definitely not true
I did with my first born they said she was going to be a tiny baby but when i had her she was 7.5oz
Thanks ladies I just wanted to hear it from people who had been in the situation so I can have hope. @prettyprego @aubriesmommy
not true. I had a big belly I think and my baby was 6lbs1oz. and I ate sweets all the time! lol
@shakira05, I honestly wouldn't worry about it. if doctor said baby is healthy and growing fine that's what matters!
