well didn't get the news I wanted at the dr. still only 3 cm and 50 percent effaced. same as last week. she said if I don't have any progress by next weeks appt she will strip my membranes and then if nothing still happens they will induce me at 41 weeks. I'm trying to do 100 percent natural so I really want to avoid an induction. any advice to get labor started ? I've tried the obvious, walking, sex, evening primrose oil etc.
