no it's a lie. my cousin was only bf and got pregnant not even 4 weeks after baby boy was born. you need to use condoms or something else to protect yourself. your still very very fertile and bf won't stop pregnancy.

bf can be a form of BC, but its really hard to make sure it is, you can't miss 1 feeding and have to be on a strict schedule
