Hey ladies just wondering what your night time routines are with your little ones? And how much and…

Aim to start getting her ready for bed at 7:30 :) She has a feed before 7:30, then a bath :) The feed before the bath makes her really calm :) She loves her baths :) She has a bath with me :) I then get her dry :) She usually wants a little bit more of a feed before I get her dressed :) I get her dressed and lay her down and put some whitenoise on for her :) I then feed her while she is laying down :) If she doesn't seem that tired I walk around with her :) My mum sometimes takes her into the garden to show her things :) Meanwhile I get some things done..washing etc...Then my mum brings her back when she is showing signs of wanting to be fed and sleep :) She usually starts rubbing her eyes with the back of her hand around 7-7:30 :)....So I just lay down with her and she feeds and she drifts off :) We co-sleep :) Once she is fully asleep..I go and do some other things that need doing etc :) But she is usually asleep by 8:30-9:00 :) Sometimes I skip the bath and she is asleep by 8:00 :) but she usually goes from 8/9am-3/4am, has a feed..then sleeps until 8/9am..sometimes 10:30 :) She can wake up once or twice in the night :) x

Aw thanks @winterbaby95 , I like listening and reading other people's routines, trying to get Oscar into a good night time routine to give me and my partner some time to get things done in the evening and have an hour or so together! Think I'm going to try and keep him awake and entertained between 5.30-7 bath him at 7 give him a massage before a bottle and then put him down at 8 Xxx

@zoemarie My girl doesn't really sleep in the day :) she has 2/3 10 min naps...and may have a 1.5 hour nap late afternoon :) But I am constantly entertaining her etc :) Hard work :) Wish she would sleep every 2-3 hours like she use to Xx

@zoemarie Yesterday :) She was up from 1pm until midnight :) with only 2 10 min naps :) Sometimes she just doesn't want to sleep at all lol Xx

Oh really? Oscar seems to sleep pretty much all day and then not settle as well as night but I recently changed his milk which has made a huge difference, he'll be 5 weeks tomorrow so going to start a proper night time routine with him @winterbaby95 Xxx

@zoemarie I started one when Maya was 2-3 weeks old :) She started following it at about 8/9 weeks old :) She knows when she is tired now :) and she lets me know :) Xx

Scarlett is the same @zoemarie she sleeps better during the day! I normally give her a bottle between 7-8 at night, she's has cuddles with her dad after that because that's the time he's in from work, we then all go up to bed at about 9.30-10 so has another feed and then she normally sleeps till about 1.30-2, give her a feed and a cuddle and the. She's back to sleep until about 4.30-5, then OH feeds her because he's getting up for work then, she sleeps till about 8 and then me and her get up, I'm not trying to push too much of a routine yet because at the minute I would rather her just let me know when she wants to sleep, eat! Plus she's isn't easy to keep awake so when she's a bit older and into more things during the day it will easier for me to keep her up xx

Aw yeah I know I wish he'd sleep as good at night as he does in the day @hannah2310 I usually put him down at 8 and then he wakes at 12, 3 and 6 for feeds so he's not too bad really, just doesn't get into a deep sleep after 3 usually stirs a lot, he's awake at the minute so I'm hoping he'll stay awake until we bath him at 7 then cuddles, bottle and bed, I know he pretty much gets on demand feed and sleep wise I just follow his routine but I know at 6 weeks they say they start to learn the difference between day and night so I thought I'd start this week trying to get some sort of routine going for us all really xxx

I know, but coz Scarlett struggles with her wind she can be so restless sometimes, I need to get that sorted before anything else 😬 xxx
