Honestly no, for me I was (luckily) sitting on the toilet having contractions and then BAM a gush came out. it was literally all dramatic like in the movies lol but it felt like the baby had just dropped all of a sudden
you'll know if your water breaks, because when it does break you will continue to leak fluid for a while, so if you feel a few trickles down your leg (very thick and warm) call your Dr or go to L&D asap
