I had total placenta previa and was even put on bed rest at 18 weeks, no exercise no sex, nothing. Then at my 30 week ultrasound they told me it had moved thank god haha.

Depends on where it is exactly. Mine was low but it's moved now

it can move, as long as it's not completely covering the cervix it is more likely to move.. if you end up with it not moving, you will most likely be put on pelvic rest and have a c-section... I had a complete placenta previa during my first pregnancy and other than not being allowed to go into labor I had no complications from the previa

it could be dangerous I used to have one after it had moved from covering my cervix. There is aa chance it'll move but if it doesn't I wouldnt risk vaginal
