I'm 30 weeks & 3 days and haven't felt baby move since about 11:00 am. It's 7:30 pm. now. Should I be concerned? I've been pretty much laying down all day besides a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood, and a quick shower so I feel like I should be feeling her move around more.???

Try putting some music up to your belly while laying down. That always gets my little one moving.

im sure shes fine😊😊 just drink something super cold and see if she moves. put a flashlight on your belly and see if she responds to the light. when i was scared that my babys hadnt moved ide do that and theyd move😊😊 also try poking your belly a little. if she doesnt move even a little bit after that then yes ide be just a little bit concerned....

I tried both of those things and I still have not felt her move.😰 do you think I should go to the hospital? I'm worried. @cbe2016 @herra

If it will ease your mind go ahead and go. Tell them you're concerned because of the little to no movement and they should do an ultrasound for you and let you hear her. @keeping_upwith_harperkate

I felt movements. They were very light, and much, much lower than normal. I'm guessing she may have changed positions, so I'm just gonna try and relax for now. @cbe2016 @heera
