is there something I can call to get a Dr's opinion before bringing my daughter back to an er?

I know for mine you can go to the insurance website and search for it. I'm not sure what insurance you have to help you look.

@mazeyy09, I just don't want to bring her back to the same er and have them barely look at it again or just blow it off. but I don't have the money to go to a different town and get a different doctors opinion. and her doctor won't answer or call me back.
