so my work called me when will o be returning..they said i might be eligible for the additional 6 wks of bonding! bt they r not 100% sure so i need a meeting next wk with all the head departments!! ughhh...i hope i qualify cause if not May 26 i go back to work n Aubree will only be 2 months!! prayers!!🙏🙏☝☝

you should, i live in Ca too. You first get healing time which is 6 weeks, then you get an addition 12 weeks of bonding time. 6 of which are paid, and the other are not

they are trying to say cause i wasnt there 1 yr or dnt know if i did 1200 hrs yet! ughh...@rachel8792, bt next wk ill find out!

oh man, well my friend just went through that, you can always use it before the baby is 1, so if u have to go back for 1 month to make your 1200 hours, then after u can use your fmla, it doesnt go away unless u dont use it before baby is of the age 1
