constipation issues!! I'm always regular now I find myself straining and I feel like I need to go and nothing comes ugh frustrated and I'm only 5 weeks I don't want hemorrhoids

I was constipated aswell you can get a saline from the walgreens or cvs and use that it works well and very safe while pregnant
