Verizon has one more hr to show up at my house to install my internet.

Verizon service is so good. But the actual people who come install the Internet and cable or fix it take forever !!!!! And they they will be at your house for 3 hours

@amaperalta03, i dont mind them being here long but they give me a time frame of 8am to 12pm and if they are not here by 12 im calling to make sure im credited for the time i wasted waiting for them. But glad to hear its good service lol i have direct tv and did the bundle deal and phone and internet will be threw Verizon so hopefully it doesnt take as long as it does getting all three we had 4 boxes put in the house and direct tv was here from 9am to almost 5pm!!!

I love Verizon for cable and internet. my parents have them and they are fantastic when they need something fixed or changed out. I wish I could get Verizon but since I live in a rural area they don't come this far out.

Wow long time. And yeah my internet is great and I have the lowest speed. My daughter uses the iPad while dad plays video games while I watch Netflix and Internet never slows down. They just take forever to come cause it's a process to install everything. The guy should call or text when he's on his way

@amaperalta03, Awesome because my father in law is visiting and he will be using it to Skype his girlfriend and then my son has his tablet and i need it to do my editing for photography, and of course stream my Netflix lol so as long as it doesn't slow down much I'm okay lol

@amaperalta03, do i have to have a rounter for a wifi pick up?

I have Verizon! reminds me of the beginning of my pregnancy. I was sobbing because our Wi-Fi was out for the day so I had no internet or cable.

I looked at my service it includes the wifi service! @sarinunez i get super pissed off then emotional with both pregnancies lol

I have Wi-Fi as well, but something disconnected and I didn't know how to fix it. My bf who is a field service tech for optimum was trying to give me directions over the phone and I couldn't get it to work. Lol. I felt like a crazy person.
