definitely u should get one . they really do help with dilating

Yeah I've had a little lightening crotch this morning hahaha and some pains here and there but I'm not sure if it's because of the sweep or not!

@kellynicole, I had mine done yesterday too. I've been having some discomfort and a few contractions here and there but idk still waiting
