coincidence maybe but for the last 2 weeks I've had a very unsettled baby, felt like he was constantly straining and he was getting so worked up and upset ... He had blood in his stool 3 times so yesterday I changed his milk from SMA to Aptimal (after speaking to the HV) and although its only been 24 hours, he already seems LOADS better! He's not been crying or straining and he's napping for longer as before he kept waking himself up while straining, I so hope it's working and it's not just a one off, it was breaking my heart seeing him so sad & not knowing what to do 😬 fingers and toes crossed

I read that SMA had changed their formula recently, and it was making babies poorly and causing issues such as constipation etc. Fingers crossed the Aptamil suits your little one better :) x

Aw thanks, I've read loads about the SMA new formula too, it was like he was straining for a poo for house before he actually poo'd he already seems so much happier and has had 2 poo's without getting himself worked up 😊 @ssumner xxx
