Try deep breathes and cold water for the pains... Stay calm .. But him as a man is shameful who would do such a thing & a that that'll put strain on both mommies, stay strong

Don't stress for the baby's sake I know it's hard because once I start crying I literally almost always have a panic attack I always have to sit there and tell myself is this worth stressing your son out. Be strong I know that's probably one of the hardest things to find out especially to find out in that type of way just know that you are better and you and your son deserve better. I used to go mad woman when I first got pregnant and my SO would stay out all night and stupid stuff like that I would be out all night searching trying to find him and freaking out crying and furious just knowing if I found him I would hurt him but then I realized it wasn't worth all that stress. Im not gonna stress my little boy out over him. If he loves me he will change and grow up and once I stared putting my son first he started stepping up. (I know these are different situations but) It will get better hopefully everything works out for the best! @dommydiva16
