Had the pain of lightning crotch that took my breath away. Now I have cramps that won't stop as well as shortness of breath. If it doesn't stop I'm calling my doctor... 😭

I have had that all day 😣 literally was at work talking to a coworker and almost fell to my knees it caught me off guard so bad

I was watching tv when it happened and scared my mom to death. I've had it before but not that bad.
