38 week appointment tomorrow I was 4 cm dilated last week hopefully I'll have my membranes swept and have more dilation 🙏🙏

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

lizbeth9000 Girl i was checked 4 days before my due date and was not dilated at all lol.

Soooo I have decided that if by Monday I haven't dilated I'll opt for a c section.. Mostly likely they'll schedule that for sometime next week before or at 39 weeks. Because if by then I haven't dilated most likely I won't.. But if I have dilated I'll ask to be induced next week.

38 weeks & still not dilated or effaced. Maybe at next weeks appt i'll have made some progress 😒

I been walking this week so hopefully Monday I've dilated some!

Are there any remedies to speed up dilation? I’m 36 weeks but I’m over being pregnant

mom2311s @spookylyn agreed. My doctor had told me 38 weeks for my induction but when we confirmed baby
