did this boost anyone's milk supply of so how fast did it start to help

Didn't work for me

I did. I noticed a difference the next day. I haven't took anything this time but I'm thinking about going to buy some tomorrow

drink lots of water with it and oatmeal

I have tea and pills that I'm obviously not using anymore, I'm just gonna throw them away if nobody wants them.

be careful it cam have an affect on baby. and you might smell like maple syrup

I used them and it worked for me, and it does make you smell like syrup even your lady parts lol.

it can make them gassy or have an upset stomach. it won't hurt baby just make them uncomfortable
