On her ear it looks dry and on her scalp it's dry to but her neck is just supper red I can't even tell

My daughter has eczema and her started behind her knees.

On her scalp it might be cradle cap? My daughter had that on her head. And we also thought she had eczema turns out her skin was just very dry because we would bathe her in the sleepy time lotion every night before bed. The lavender from the lotion wasn't reacting well so we have her using aveeno now. I would def call your pediatrician and make sure baby girl isn't in pain or uncomfortable 😊
