Hi mommies! I'm expecting baby number 2 due on August and I wanted to ger her a passport. What month is the best? Because we're planning to go on vacation on December outside the country.

You can't until she is born and then do it right away because it can take up to 6 months to complete the process.

Okay, I have known a few people who tried before their kids were born. I just didn't want you to waste all the time and money.
