I was in that situation trying to move out of my apartment. we were trying to move into a duplex and had the money and everything and we could have bought it right then and there but they wanted to wait because someone came before us -_- frustration was an understatement.

I don't know...I don't know what it was. We walked away from one home because it had structural issues, someone made an offer on a second home before we even had a chance to look at it, now we have lost this home to another offer. @shorty02.
