So I know in the beginning of pregnancy there is a risk of miscarriage, how many weeks until you're past that really high risk? & is there anything I shouldn't be doing to help avoid it?

Some doctors says 12 weeks and others say 20 weeks. But the risk is never 100% gone. Just don't stress and don't anything too strenuous.
