my nipples get so hard and painful..ive been doing nipple stimulating and now they stay hard and tender. is that normal?? 😫

🗣BREAST FEEDING MOMMIES : what’s the best thing to use on your nipples to protect them would you say nipple cream if so what kind ? Or would you keep it more natural and use something like coconut oil ? Trying to be completely prepared with everything I need for breast feeding !! also does nipple shields work great if baby has a hard time latching only answer this question if you actually used them before
