Got a call for my pre surgical testing & I can't get a time because the insurance I have now will expire on Sunday & according to my case worker I'll have a new one effective by May 1st but she couldn't confirm 100% that the card I'm using now Is the same I'll be using when my new insurance is effective on Monday & I need to know other wise my c-section will have to get moved up before I end up with a 10,000 bill because they don't know what to tell me!

if it's Medicaid you will definitely be good on the 1st can you get it done on May 1st that's Sunday

Medicaid & WellCare but it's my WellCare that covers my bills @mommycheeks

if your guaranteed coverage after may first call the insurance company get the I'd numbers and all that over the phone they can fax the hospital saying your covers and you effective dates all hopes not lost

My c-section is the 2nd but the lady that called me said it will take a couple of days for my new insurance to be effective after my old one ends. & I already tried talking to my doctor but she wasn't in & the girl at the desk was telling me what can/can't be done but that's up to my doctor not her.. @mommycheeks
