Omg.. just left my dr appointment. she wants to induce me today at 5!!! my baby is little 5lbs 4oz!!

Good luck! Why are you getting induced, if you don't mind me asking? I am still clueless as to why doctor's decide to induce or not.

i agree with @mommycheeks and im also wondering what @lkmama is wondering... im a ftm so im still clueless on somethings.

@jodi411, sometimes it's for health reasons for mom or baby but to be honest back in the day ppl stayed pregnant for 9 months that's normal now they want you to stay pregnant for 40 weeks witch is 10 months all day long I guess they giving the babies more time to grow they say a week does make a difference but if it's a health reason they will induce you

sorry for the late response...I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. my baby hasn't grown so she wants her out.. Id be 38 weeks Thursday.. .

I'm a ftm as well.. I'm nervous and just want her to be healthy.
