I got about 13 weeks left and I have nothing for the baby.. Why because my mom and boyfriend both…

I was 33 weeks and thought I had plenty of time to have a baby shower. then had my son early at 34 weeks lol didn't have a baby shower though but I bought my son everything he needed

@siababy, That's what I keep trying to explain to them.. Things happen when we least expect it. And I'm the type to never like to feel lost or rush especially because money is tight... But they swear we have all the time in the world.

Yeah never know what could happen. Its always good to buy things here and there. That's what I done when I found out I was pregnant at 8 wks went ahead and was buying things with every pay check. I made sure I got his car seat and stroller first. always good to a be a little prepared. you can never have too many wipes and diapers I can you that lol

@siababy, trust me im dying to buy the stroller and car seat and crib and just place it there even if it's still in the box but if I come in here with it. It will be a argument I'm not trying to have... As far as diapers. I do want to start buying but at the same time I'm still trying to think what diapers I want.. I'm stuck between buggies, luvs, and pampers. I've seen babies with all and they all work different. But I'm scared the baby will be sensitive to the brand I buy then I'm stuck with a bulk load of diapers and can't use them.

My son has used pampers swaddlers since he was born and I love them. they've worked well for him. and he uses the sensitive pamper wipes. never broke him out. my brother always used luvs for his babies he said they worth just as good. a diaper is a diaper though all there to pick up the messes, it all just depends on your budget really I guess. I don't know the people that come to your baby shower but most people buy the small stuff not the big stuff. they like to be as cheap as possible lol so you might as well buy the car seat and stuff if that's what you wanna do

@siababy, very true! I got to check into that then.. And that's what I said. He thinks people are going to buy the crib and the stroller and all the other big stuff I keep telling him they won't. He is so hardheaded and always wants to be right. He has never been to a baby shower so he doesn't know. He just assumes. I'm bout 2 seconds to just letting him do what ever and then make him figure out how we gunna get the missing peices. I will talk to him today again about it. But who knows. Ugh men lol
