I agree too, I'm not that type to use my child's money for MY own needs unless I need help on utilities and stuff like bills but other than that, that's my child's money and all of it will be going straight to her.
My husband pays $500 month child support apparently so his exes husband don't have to work. We've been paying for 16 years and none of the money goes to him so I feel your pain!
I don't agree with the trips to Miama. But I do have a 6 year old who likes to get a mani pedi for fun. with fun colors. In additions to buying groceries and supplementing utilities. I think more people ( not just women receive child support) can learn to control themselves and use the support for it's actual purpose.
yeah @amaperalta03 I totally agree...I meant limiting where the money can be spent limits things that are considered needs and wants for the child even as they grow...so it's up to the Parent to use better judgement and use the money for it's actual purpose. Not have the courts make them do the right thing. That's pretty sad.

I agree. That's why I'm so against it.. It has no control.. The people who receive the checks do what ever they want.. It's not always about the child
